PARALLEL IMPORTS VERIFICATION HAS THE HIGHEST SAFETY GUARANTEE
In parallel distribution drug verification has the highest degree of guarantee of origin of medicines, due to the fact they undergo a double check to authenticate them. In the case of parallel imports and exports, the safety of the patients is guaranteed to the maximum, because they also determine whether the contents correspond to what is written on the package of the medicine. BAMPTD as part of the legal supply chain is among the founders of the Bulgarian Drug Verification Organization. The Verification Regulation works identically across Europe and is binding on all Member States, and the main objective is to prevent falsified medicinal products entering the legal supply chain.
